Creamy Hot Artichoke Dip
During the holidays there are always parties to go to, and items to bring. Here is one of my favorite quick and easy appetizers that is great for any occasion. Plus you can keep all these ingredients in your house, and have them on hand for those “oops I have nothing to make” moments.
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke heart, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped (I substitute with minced garlic about 1 tbs. Stays refrigerated forever! )
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve with french bread.

Put in some unthawed frozen spinach. Make sure you squeeze out all the extra moisture. Voila! Spinach Artichoke dip.
Also the the Tostitos scoops chips work great for dips. If you are doing Weight Watchers they are low point chips.

Sounds really easy. I have had it with chopped water chestnuts, or with spinach, or with crab meat.
Probably lots of variations.
Thanks!!
