The only reason I'd talk about someone negatively about them is if they directly hurt me. I wouldn't have the guts to confront the guilty party. I prefer to tell God stories to encourage folks who are believing for a baby, or a husband, or a job change. However, I promised myself this year that I would tell people directly when they've been condescending or disrespectful instead of venting behind their back. So far it's worked out GREAT.
